Review | Kate Somerville Eradikate Acne Treatment

Standing inside of Sephora wondering where I should start prompted me to look for an acne treatment first. With spring and summer just around the corner, I knew I needed to have acne free skin. Let's face it ladies and gents, we all experience some type of skin problem and it may cause our self esteem to shoot down to the ground, but it's 2015, there are so many great products on the market that are dying to be on our skin. I knew that I needed something that would clear the blemishes and prevent acne.

EradiKate Acne Treatment found at Sephora

The science behind this acne treatment is explained in the Sephora tabs for products:

This is what it is formulated to do:

The Ingredients:

How I Use It:

(Do Not Shake Bottle)

I use a Q-tip and dip it into the bottle without stirring it. I apply a small amount to any blemishes, acne, or bumps. The pink sediment is what you apply to your face and the rubbing alcohol helps clean the area.

Did it Work?

It sure did. The whiteheads that usually form on my forehead were completely gone and I noticed that no new ones were forming. If I felt a blemish forming I applied this product at night and in the morning it was barely visible. If you catch a pimple early enough, this product will work effectively to eliminate it. Whenever I felt like my skin was going to breakout, I would apply a thin layer to my forehead, chin, and temples (my breakout areas). Ever since I started using this product, I have noticed a drastic change in my skin.

What I Didn't Like:

The smell! This is the type of product you only wear at night due to the strong smell that lingers for a good hour or so. If you have sensitive skin, sulfur is not the most sensitive friendly product that is on the market. I would do a little more research and purchase a product that is suitable for sensitive and highly irritable skin. I have sensitive skin; however, I had no problem with this product, but that's me, you might be different! Be careful not to apply too much of this product because you truly only need a dot on each pimple.
