I just recently found out about Perfumania while watching a video on YouTube. It was love at first sight! This website carries a wide selection of high end perfume such as Prada, Marc Jacobs, Hugo Boss, Jimmy Choo and many more! I noticed that their prices are a lot cheaper than most perfume sites which is why I love it so much. Check it out and see if they carry your favourite perfume or cologne.

FOR COSMETICS:

I found out about bh cosmetics through a friend and the prices are amazing for the product quality that you get. If you don't believe me, see for yourself!

FOR BEAUTY TOOLS/BRUSHES:

EcoTools is a great place to purchase eco friendly beauty products & tools. They are known for their 100% cruelty free products and bamboo handled cosmetic brushes. Best of all, their products are extremely inexpensive and won't break the bank!

FOR CLOTHING:

I have ordered items from TOBI and I have no complaints. This site is extremely affordable and it's perfect for those of you who are struggling students or just need to start a new wardrobe and require a lot more than just a few items. They offer a 50% off discount when you order from them for the first time! I highly recommend this site because they are constantly adding new items to their store. Happy shopping!

MORE CLOTHING:

ASOS receives a lot of hype, and it's definitely becoming my go to for shopping and fashion ideas. They also have a daily news feed to keep you up to date with celebrity gossip ;) They also offer a 10% discount for students! Can't go wrong with that.

I was so thankful for everything this Christmas, especially being able to spend time with my loved ones. My favourite part of the holidays is sharing special moments with family & friends and of course, eating delicious food! 

Christmas is definitely my favourite time of the year. I am a December baby so I also celebrated my birthday right before Christmas. I am still celebrating because I forgot to get my free birthday drink at Starbucks so I used it today and it felt so good ;) I got the mocha frappuccino for the first time ever and it was delicious! You must try it!

I had a wonderful Christmas in 2014 and I wanted to share some of the amazing gifts I received during the holidays! I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas! I am so happy to be blogging again after having time to relax. It feels great to be back and doing what I love. 

So you want to smell amazing? Try Coco Mademoiselle by Chanel. This is the first step to smelling amazing. I always loved Chanel fragrances but this one is my favourite. It's workplace appropriate and great for a night out. This is a long lasting perfume since it is Eau De Parfum, so you just need a spray or two and you'll be smelling good all day. This fragrance is a bit on the pricey side but it's worth it since it will last you for years. This fragrance is not too heavy, not too floral, but it is subtle and sophisticated for sure. I would recommend this fragrance for the cooler months because it may get heavy during the summer months. I am absolutely in love with this perfume, and I will definitely purchase this again. 

Another one of my favourite gifts that I received in 2014 is Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb. This is the perfect fragrance for going out! This perfume has a floral yet sweet turn to it. I love the way it smells once it settles into my skin. It is long lasting and I have already received numerous compliments and I have only worn it a few times. This is a perfume to wear when you would like to feel sexy, elegant, and fun!

I am in love with the NAKED3 Palette by Urban Decay.  This has to be my favourite NAKED palette. The rose tones go very well with my brown eyes. This palette can help you achieve a soft to a dramatic smokey eye look. The shadows are great for achieving a dewy look, which is perfect for summer! Also, the shadows are very pigmented. The brush that the palette comes with is a double sided blending brush. It works very well for a brush that comes with a product. The packaging is a bit bulky for travel but it will keep your shadows safe. There is a decent size mirror inside as well. If you're looking to splurge on a new palette then I'd highly recommend this one because it is not a standard pack of brown and taupes, this is an amazing option. My favourite shadow is Darkside which is a satin dark purple with red undertones which is a great colour for a smokey eye!


Ooh La la, These are Quo by Orly's Holiday Nail Polish Set. This set is a limited edition and it includes three sets of polishes. The first set consists of pale pinks, base colours, and neutrals. The second section consists of light to dark pinks. Lastly, the third section consists of glitter nail polishes which I love using as a top coat. I have so many choices now and this Canadian brand has not disappointed me in the past. The nail polish lasts up to a week if you are not doing the dishes! I can't wait to try out all of the colours. Happy New Year everyone!

2014 was a good year, it definitely taught me a lot. I can admit that it was not the best year but I am looking forward to exciting new things that will be happening and most of all, I can't wait to share more posts with you!

I decided to focus on the eyes in 2014, and, after being inspired by so many other bloggers, makeup artists and posts on Instagram, I knew that I wanted to go with a silver eyeshadow look to match my navy sequin dress.

Here are the products you'll need to achieve this look:

The Naked Palette

Naked as a base colour, Buck in my crease, and creep in the outer corners of my eyes. (Blend really well).

Sephora Collection- Colourful Eyeshadow Shimmer. The colour I used is number 60 Diamonds are Forever

Using a damp eyeshadow brush apply this colour to your eyelids.

Kat Von D Ink Liner

This is my favourite liner by Kat Von D. It helps achieve a shiny/long lasting finish. 

NYX Cosmetics Liquid Crystal Liner

Lastly, I used this liner to outline the top of the black liner by Kat Von D. It looks so beautiful and it was perfect for New Year's.


So many people gathered to celebrate at the Casino. It was so much fun and they had some oldies playing which brought back some old memories. The ball dropped and everyone went crazy, and that's my favourite part: seeing people so happy and excited for a new year!

The picture quality is not as good as my pictures above due to the poor lighting at the casino. This is my cousin and I ringing in the new year!
